20 Jahre Erfahrung in Entwicklung, Produktion und Vertrieb von technischen Dämmstoffen machen uns zu einem zuverlässigen Partner.

Für unseren etablierten Betrieb im Bereich Baustoffhandel und technische Isolierung suchen wir ab sofort eine/n engagierte/n und verlässliche/n 1 Lagerleiter_in Vollzeit / Schwerpunkt: Baustoffhandel & Technische Isolierung für eine langfristige Vollzeitbeschäftigung.

In dieser vielseitigen Position übernehmen Sie die operative Gesamtverantwortung für unser Lager und steuern den pünktlichen Warenfluss.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Operative Mitarbeit: Aktive Hands-on-Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäfts bei Engpässen (kein reiner Schreibtischjob)

* Warenfluss-Steuerung: Verantwortung für den reibungslosen, pünktlichen Warenein- und ausgang von Baustoffen und Isoliertechnik.

* Systempflege: EDV-gestützte Lagerverwaltung, Buchungen und Bestandsüberwachung mittels ERP-System.

* Qualitätssicherung: Gewährleistung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit, Arbeitssicherheit und absoluter Termintreue im gesamten Lagerbereich.

Ihr Profil:

* Branchenerfahrung: Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Lagerwesen, idealerweise im Bereich Baustoffe oder technische Isolierung.

* Führungskompetenz: Erste Erfahrung in der Teamleitung sowie eine strukturierte, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise.

* Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch in Wort und Schrift für eine reibungslose interne und externe Kommunikation sowie Dokumentation

* Mobilität: Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B ist zwingend erforderlich

* Zusatzqualifikation: Ein Staplerschein ist von Vorteil, jedoch kein Muss (Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung wird voll unterstützt)

* Persönlichkeit: Absolute Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit, Organisationsstäre und ausgeprägte Hands-in-Mentalität.

Ihre Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Donnerstag 07:00 Uhr bis 16:30 Uhr und Freitag 07:00 bis 13:00 Uhr
