DEINE Herausforderung

* Fachkundige Beratung und Betreuung von Stamm- und Neukunden

* Aktiver Verkauf von Ersatzteilen und Zubehör

* Beschaffung und Verwaltung von Ersatzteilen

* Verantwortung für die Organisation und Leitung des gesamten Lagerbetriebes

* Erstellung von Angeboten sowie Bearbeitung von Bestellungen und Reklamationen

* Gestaltung und Präsentation des Zubehörsortiment im Schauraum

* Budget- und Ergebnisverantwortung

* Planung und Umsetzung verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen

* Laufende Optimierung der Lagerorganisation und Prozesse

* Verantwortung für den Lagerbestand und die jährliche Inventur

DEIN Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Landtechnik oder Baumaschinen

* Fundierte Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Technisches Grundwissen im Bereich Landmaschinen

* Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Anwendungen (MS-Office-Palette)

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen

* Verkaufstalent mit starker Kundenorientierung und ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Teamgeist, Einsatzbereitschaft und unternehmerisches Denken
