The posting

Als lakker sta je in voor een belangrijke stap binnen het productieproces: het behandelen en afwerken van metalen onderdelen.

Je werkt samen met een ervaren collega-lakker en krijgt de mogelijkheid om te werken met een nieuwe, moderne lakcabine.

Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Je behandelt metalen onderdelen via verschillende technieken.
  • Je werkt met natlak en poederlak.
  • Je dompelt onderdelen onder in een chemisch behandelingsbad.
  • Je voert manuele lakbewerkingen uit met een spuitpistool.
  • Je zorgt voor een egale en kwalitatieve afwerking.
  • Je controleert de onderdelen op eventuele fouten of imperfecties.
  • Je volgt de correcte procedures voor het gebruik van chemische producten.
  • Je draagt de nodige beschermende kledij en leeft de veiligheidsvoorschriften nauwgezet na.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega en andere medewerkers binnen de productie.
  • Omdat het bedrijf sterk op maat werkt, kunnen de hoeveelheden en soorten onderdelen sterk variëren. Afwisseling is dus gegarandeerd.

Wie zoeken we?

Voor deze functie zijn we vooral op zoek naar iemand met praktische ervaring in lakken of spuiten.

  • Je hebt ervaring met een spuitcabine, spuitpistool, natlak, poederlak of een gelijkaardige techniek.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je vindt een mooie en kwalitatieve afwerking belangrijk.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een klein team.
  • Je hebt geen probleem met het werken met chemische producten en het dragen van beschermende kledij.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar en zoekt bewust naar stabiliteit op lange termijn.
  • Kennis van het Nederlands is mooi meegenomen.Spreek je voornamelijk Engels? Ook dat is bespreekbaar wanneer je de juiste ervaring hebt.
