Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste lamineerder! Functieomschrijving Lamineerder Als lamineerder werk je mee aan het productieproces van tapijt en textiele vloerproducten. Je zorgt ervoor dat verschillende lagen materiaal op de juiste manier met elkaar worden verbonden. Je werkt hierbij nauwkeurig en houdt goed in de gaten of het eindproduct aan de kwaliteitseisen voldoet. Wat ga je doen? Als lamineerder ben je onder andere bezig met: - Bedienen en instellen van de lamineermachine; - Verschillende materialen op de juiste manier lamineren; - Controleren van de kwaliteit van het product; - Signaleren en oplossen van kleine storingen; - Aan- en afvoeren van materialen; - Schoon en netjes houden van je werkplek; - Samenwerken met je collega's om het productieproces soepel te laten verlopen. Je krijgt uiteraard een goede uitleg en begeleiding, zodat je het proces en de machines goed leert kennen. Werktijden Je werkt in een 3-ploegendienst, waarbij je afwisselend in de ochtend-, middag- en nachtdienst werkt. Wie ben jij? - Je bent gemotiveerd en wilt graag aan de slag; - Je bent bereid om in 3 ploegen te werken; - Je hebt een goede werkmentaliteit en bent betrouwbaar; - Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken; - Ervaring in de productie is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste; - Je bent fysiek in staat om productiewerk te verrichten.
