Werk om trots op te zijn Op het drukste spoornetwerk van Europa liggen verstoringen altijd op de loer, met grote gevolgen voor reizigers en goederen. In die hectiek ben jij samen met je collega's de stabiliserende factor over de dertien verkeersregio's heen. Jij hebt een helder doel voor ogen: grip krijgen op het treinverkeer, het maximale uit de beschikbare infra halen en alles en iedereen veilig en op tijd op de plek van bestemming krijgen. Je schakelt razendsnel met vervoerders, internationale partners en collega's - ook in het Duits - en zorgt dat de treinen zo snel mogelijk weer volgens dienstregeling rijden. En als je klaar bent, evalueer je jouw dienst met betrokken collega's om successen te vieren en verbeteringen te vinden. In het kort: - Ben je voortdurend alert op (dreigende) verstoringen in het treinverkeer. - Houd je rekening met de belangen van reizigers- en goederenvervoerders bij het bijsturen van de treindienst. - Werk je samen met decentrale verkeersleiders alternatieve plannen uit voor een snelle, veilige en uitvoerbare afhandeling van het treinverkeer. - Verwerk je aangepaste plannen in de verkeersleidings- en informatiesystemen. - Zorg je bij grote versperringen voor overzicht en schakel je de officier van dienst spoor in. We begrijpen dat je niet al deze taken uit je mouw schudt, dus begeleiden we je graag om de beste verkeersleider van Nederland te worden: - Via een uitgebreide opleiding van vier tot vijf maanden in ons simulatorcentrum én in de praktijk. - Via coaching in de praktijk door ervaren en enthousiaste collega's. - Met slimme plannen, processen en vooraf bedachte maatregelen bij incidenten, die we ook steeds verbeteren dankzij jouw feedback.
