Jobomschrijving

Ter versterking van het team in Schelle zoeken we voor onze klant een Topograaf die meewerkt aan de voorbereiding en uitvoering van wegenis- en rioleringswerken.

Je ondersteunt de projectleiding door nauwkeurige uitzet- en meetactiviteiten en zorgt voor betrouwbare technische gegevens tijdens alle fasen van het project.

Jouw taken omvatten onder meer:

  • Ondersteunen van projectleiders en werfleiding tijdens de voorbereiding en uitvoering
  • Analyseren van ontwerpplannen en bestekken
  • Opstellen van plannen voor 3D-uitvoering en integratie op machines
  • Uitvoeren van uitzetwerken op de werf
  • Uitvoeren van controlemetingen
  • Opmeten van eindhoeveelheden voor vorderingsstaten en as-built dossiers

Voor deze vacature zoekt onze klant een gemotiveerde kandidaat met een passie voor wegenbouw, landmeetkunde en meetkunde.

Je beschikt idealiter over:

  • Eerste ervaring als landmeter of werfleider wegenbouw, of relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Bachelor Vastgoed (optie Landmeetkunde) of Master Bouwkunde met optie Landmeetkunde, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Een goede kennis van AutoCAD, Pythagoras en/of Civil 3D (must)
  • Sterke interesse in infrastructuur en bereidheid om zich verder te verdiepen in het vak
  • Een teamgerichte, gemotiveerde en hands-on ingesteldheid
