Ze werken vooral voor aannemers, projectontwikkelaars en overheden en doen onder andere:

  • opmetingen van terreinen en gebouwen
  • 3D-laserscanning en BIM-modellen
  • uitzetwerken op werven
  • grensbepalingen en juridische metingen

Jobomschrijving

Als ervaren Landmeter technische metingen werk je vanuit Kontich en draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor een breed scala aan technische en juridische landmeetkundige projecten. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten zoals particulieren, notarissen en nutsbedrijven, en biedt ondersteuning aan junior-collega's binnen het team. Dit omvat een verscheidenheid aan taken zoals het onderzoeken en afpalen van perceelsgrenzen, het uitvoeren van opmetingen, het aanvragen van verkavelingsvergunningen, het indienen van omgevingsvergunningen, en het nauwgezet beheren van dossiers van A tot Z. Daarnaast houd je scherp toezicht op juridische correctheid en kwaliteit doorheen het volledige proces, en draag je bij aan het team door de jongere collega's te coachen en begeleiden.

Om in aanmerking te komen voor deze functie, beschik je over volgende kwaliteiten:

  • Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in juridische landmeetkunde.
  • Grondige kennis van kadastrale procedures, perceelrecht, verkaveling en basisaktes.
  • Nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en sterk in dossierbeheer; juridische correctheid is een vanzelfsprekende eigenschap.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel met particulieren als professionals zoals notarissen.
  • Oplossingsgericht, zelfstandig en tegelijkertijd een teamspeler.
  • Beschikbaarheid van een geldig rijbewijs B.
  • Een groot enthousiasme om met inzet aan projecten te werken.
