The posting

Voor een ambitieus studiebureau met 40 jaar expertise binnen infrastructuurwerken ben ik op zoek naar een Landschapsarchitect met een sterke interesse in het ontwerpen en vormgeven van de openbare ruimte.

Reeds drie generaties lang wordt de expertise en knowhow verder opgebouwd. Hierdoor groeide het bureau uit tot een gevestigde waarde binnen de infrastructuursector.

Voor hun afdeling die actief is binnen infrastructuurwerken en openbare ruimte, ben ik op zoek naar een Landschapsarchitect die mee wil bouwen aan de omgeving van morgen.

Jobomschrijving

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

Als Landschapsarchitect werk je mee aan het ontwerpen, vormgeven en visualiseren van openbare ruimtes en wegen in al hun verscheidenheid.

Je werkt samen met een hecht team aan uiteenlopende infrastructuurprojecten en denkt mee na over oplossingen die zowel esthetisch als technisch haalbaar zijn.

  • Het uitwerken en visualiseren van ontwerpen voor openbare ruimte en wegenis;
  • Meedenken over creatieve én technisch haalbare oplossingen;
  • Uitwerken van zowel bovengrondse als ondergrondse structuren, waaronder riolering;
  • Vertalen van ontwerpideeën naar duidelijke technische plannen;
  • Overleggen en samenwerken met collega's uit verschillende disciplines;
  • Bewaken van een heldere communicatie binnen het projectteam;
  • Werken volgens de interne richtlijnen voor tekenwerk om een vlotte samenwerking tussen verschillende afdelingen te garanderen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Een hoger bouwkundig diploma, een graduaatsopleiding CAD-tekenaar of een diploma Landschapsarchitectuur;
  • Een eerste werkervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar ook junior profielen komen in aanmerking;
  • Kennis van AutoCAD; kennis van AutoCAD 3D is een mooie plus;
  • Een goede kennis van MS Office;
  • Een klantgerichte en communicatieve ingesteldheid;
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail.
