Opgaven die grote uitdagingen voor de discipline landschapsontwerp met zich meebrengen. Creativiteit, innovatie en procesvaardigheden zijn belangrijker dan ooit. We zijn op zoek naar een allround ervaren landschapsontwerper. Ook iemand met conceptueel vermogen en ontwerpkwaliteiten. De functie is voor één jaar, van januari 2027 t/m januari 2028, ter vervanging van een collega die een jaar met verlof gaat. Werkzaamheden die in het OBBOR ontwerpteam worden gedaan zijn: - Het uitwerpen van een Programma van Eisen naar een VO en een DO; - Detailleringen; - Beplantingsplannen; - Bestekcontrole; - Esthetische uitvoeringsbegeleiding. Als Ervaren Ontwerper Landschap kom je te werken in het OBBOR ontwerpteam en ga je op basis van het Programma van Eisen dat in een gebiedsteam is gemaakt verder met de uitwerking tot voorlopig- en definitief ontwerp. Als ervaren ontwerper Landschap werk je deels zelfstandig aan projecten, deels trek je samen op met junior en/of medior ontwerpers Landschap bij grotere gebiedsontwikkelingen of complexe projecten. Je precieze taken en verantwoordelijkheden stemmen we af op je ervaring. Bij complexe projecten of grote gebiedsontwikkelingen trek je samen op met een Senior ontwerper Landschap. Jouw profiel - Minimaal een afgeronde WO-opleiding landschapsarchitectuur of vergelijkbaar zoals de Academie van Bouwkunst; - Minimaal 5 a 10 jaar ervaring als landschapsontwerper; - Ervaring met participatieprocessen en het presen...
