Als Las(robot) specialist/inspecteur maak je deel uit van het QC-team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de laskwaliteit in de breedste zin van het woord. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het borgen, verbeteren en bewaken van onze lasprocessen en kwaliteitsstandaarden. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Bewaken en verbeteren van de laskwaliteit binnen de organisatie; - Coördineren en optimaliseren van lasprocessen; - Borgen van kwaliteitsnormen en lasprocedures; - Beoordelen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen; - Ondersteunen en adviseren bij technische vraagstukken rondom lassen; - Aansturen, optimaliseren en kwaliteitsborgen van lasrobottoepassingen; - Toezien op naleving van relevante normen en certificeringen. Wat vragen wij? - Aantoonbare ervaring als lasspecialist of inspecteur; - Ervaring met zowel handmatig als gerobotiseerd lassen; - Ervaring met het aansturen en optimaliseren van lasrobots en het aantoonbaar borgen van de kwaliteit van robotlassen; - Het vermogen om technische tekeningen te lezen en te interpreteren; Aantoonbare kennis van en ervaring met: - Must have: ISO 5817 en ISO 6520-1; - Nico te have: EN 1090 en ISO 3834. - Een certificering als IWS, IWT of een vergelijkbare kwalificatie is een pré. - Je bent kwaliteitsgericht, technisch sterk en weet processen continu te verbeteren.
