Als Las Supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing en kwaliteit van alle laswerkzaamheden tijdens de aanbouwfase van complete stalen casco's. Je combineert diepgaande kennis van lastechniek met leiderschap op de werkvloer en houdt grip op kwaliteit, veiligheid en planning. Een interessante volgende stap voor een ervaren meewerkend voorman of lasspecialist die meer verantwoordelijkheid zoekt. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Als Las Supervisor zorg jij ervoor dat de laswerkzaamheden tijdens de aanbouwfase soepel, veilig en volgens de vereiste kwaliteitsstandaarden verlopen. - Dagelijks aansturen van een team van lassers tijdens de aanbouwfase. - Bewaken van de voortgang, planning, veiligheid en kwaliteit van de laswerkzaamheden. - Zorgen dat alle werkzaamheden volgens de geldende werfstandaarden en technische eisen worden uitgevoerd. - Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten om een optimale flow binnen het productieproces te realiseren. - Technisch ondersteunen bij lasprocessen, waaronder proces 136, en toezien op het correct instellen en bedienen van lasmachines. Bedrijfsprofiel Je komt terecht bij een gespecialiseerde Nederlandse speler binnen de internationale superjachtbouw. Vanuit de constructiefaciliteit in de regio Dordrecht worden complete stalen casco's op maat gebouwd die de basis vormen voor enkele van de meest geavanceerde superjachten ter wereld. Engineering, staalconstructie en de voorbereiding van technische installaties komen hier samen.
