Over de functie:

Als lascoördinator vervul je een sleutelrol binnen een team van technische specialisten. Je combineert je laskennis met nauwkeurigheid en een sterke focus op kwaliteitsborging. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, productieploegen en kwaliteitsverantwoordelijken om elk project tot een kwalitatief hoogwaardig resultaat te brengen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Meedenken over de technische haalbaarheid en kwaliteit van staalconstructies
  • Inspecteren van inkomende materialen op naleving van de gestelde normen
  • Plannen, uitvoeren en opvolgen van productiecontroles op de werkvloer
  • Uitvoeren van eindcontroles en goedkeuren van constructies voor transport
  • Coachen en begeleiden van lassers en samenstellers op het gebied van techniek en kwaliteit
  • Opstellen en beheren van lasprocedures en kwalificaties
  • Coördineren en opvolgen van Niet-Destructief Onderzoek (NDO) waar nodig
  • Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding tot IWS (International Welding Specialist) en bij voorkeur ook een IWT-diploma (International Welding Technologist).
  • Je kunt technische lastekeningen en lasstaten lezen en interpreteren om het laswerk nauwkeurig uit te voeren.
  • Je hebt ervaring met lasinspecties en bent vertrouwd met de benodigde gereedschappen en technieken voor kwaliteitsborging.
  • Je beschikt over leidinggevende kwaliteiten om een team lassers aan te sturen en te motiveren, en bent sterk in het plannen en coördineren van meerdere lasprojecten tegelijk, waarbij je prioriteiten stelt en deadlines haalt.
