The posting

Door aanhoudende groei zijn wij op zoek naar een: LASER / PONSOPERATOR DE FUNCTIE: Op onze pons- laserafdeling hebben wij onder andere een Mitsubishi met een volautomatisch platenmagazijn / laadstation en uitsorteerunit (Astes 4) en een Fiber Prima Laser Platino staan. Daarnaast staat er een CNC-ponsmachine met slagschaar. Wij zijn op zoek naar een collega die deze machines kan bedienenen. In deze functie ben je het aanspreekpunt van de collega's en de afdelingschef. Je progammeert en stelt zelfstandig de lasersnijmachines en ponsmachine in. Daarbij is kennis van de machines en de processen die daarbij komen kijken van groot belang. Je controleert de producten en productieprocessen zoals voorgeschreven en zorgt ervoor dat controle kaarten worden ingevuld. Wanneer je kwaliteitsafwijkingen constateert, neem je hier direct en gerichte actie op. Je ontvangt de uit te voeren opdrachten van de afdelingschef en je werkt nauw samen met hem. JOUW PROFIEL: Om deze functie succesvol uit te kunnen voeren ben je een gedreven en enthousiaste persoon die leergierig is en ambities heeft. Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met het werken met lasersnijmachines. Je kunt tekening lezen en met meetgereedschappen omgaan. Je bent flexibel ingesteld en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor het werk.
