Ben jij technisch aangelegd en wil je werken als operator van de lasermachine binnen een moderne productieomgeving met doorgroeimogelijkheden?

Deze werkgever is een internationale speler binnen de automotive sector en produceert hoogwaardige onderdelen voor gerenommeerde vrachtwagen- en machinebouwers wereldwijd. Vanuit de Belgische vestiging werkt een hecht team van ongeveer 55 medewerkers dagelijks aan kwalitatieve metaalbewerkingen zoals CNC-buigen, laserbewerking en lasconstructies.

Binnen deze technische productieomgeving staan nauwkeurigheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal. Als operator van de lasermachine krijg je de kans om mee te werken aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen een stabiele industriële werkomgeving met een no-nonsense cultuur.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Binnen jouw rol als operator van de lasermachine werk je aan diverse productieprojecten waarbij je onderdelen correct plaatst en verwerkt in de lasermachine
  • Daarnaast lees je technische plannen en volg je nauwgezet de werkinstructies om een kwalitatief eindresultaat te garanderen
  • Verder pas je parameters aan volgens de technische instructies en bewaak je de correcte werking van het productieproces
  • Samen met jouw collega’s controleer je de kwaliteit van de geproduceerde onderdelen en registreer je de meetresultaten zorgvuldig
  • Tot slot zorg je voor een correcte aan- en afvoer van producten zodat het productieproces vlot blijft verlopen en uitval beperkt wordt
  • Je behaalde bij voorkeur een technische opleiding op A2-niveau of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring binnen een CNC-gestuurde productieomgeving
  • Daarnaast heb je ervaring met CNC-machines, waarbij kandidaten uit houtbewerking of andere technische sectoren eveneens in aanmerking komen. Je motivatie komt op de eerste plaats!
  • Verder werk je nauwkeurig, beschik je over technisch inzicht en kan je vlot werken met meetinstrumenten zoals een schuifmaat
  • Tot slot spreek je goed Nederlands om veiligheidsinstructies correct te begrijpen binnen de productieomgeving
