Als Lasingenieur bereid je lasdossiers grondig voor en leid je de uitvoering ervan in goede banen. Je bent lastechnisch verantwoordelijk voor projecten van A tot Z en bewaakt de kwaliteit, efficiëntie en naleving van normen en klanteisen.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Opstellen en beheren van lasdossiers volgens geldende normen, codes en klantspecifieke eisen
  • Organiseren, begeleiden en opvolgen van lasproeven, inclusief de bijhorende administratie
  • Optimaliseren en verbeteren van bestaande lasprocessen
  • Technische ondersteuning en advisering van interne afdelingen zoals sales, projectmanagement, engineering, tekenaars, ontwerpers en productie
  • Actief meewerken aan lastechnische verbeteringen en innovaties
  • Kwalificeren van lassers en opstellen van de nodige documentatie
  • Toezien op de correcte toepassing van lasprocedures en kwaliteitsvereisten
  • Je beschikt over een IWE- of IWT-diploma
  • Relevante ervaring binnen de metaalsector is een pluspunt
  • Je hebt kennis van lasprocedures en bijhorende normeringen, of bent bereid deze verder aan te leren
  • Ervaring met kwaliteitsmanagement is een troef
  • Je bent sociaal ingesteld en beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Je bent flexibel, leergierig en bereid om te groeien in taken en verantwoordelijkheden
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van gangbare softwarepakketten
  • Je beheerst de Engelse taal goed
