Als Lasingenieur en NDO Specialist combineer je engineering, kwaliteitsborging en inspectie. Je ondersteunt klanten bij complexe lastechnische vraagstukken en voert zelf controles uit op locatie en binnen de organisatie.

  • Opstellen van WPS'en, inspectie- en testplannen (ITP's) op basis van normen en technische specificaties.
  • Inplannen, opvolgen en coördineren van PQR's, WPQ's en lasserkwalificaties.
  • Uitvoeren en rapporteren van NDO-inspecties zoals PT, MT, VT of andere technieken volgens jouw certificeringen.
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan klanten bij lastechnische uitdagingen en kwaliteitsvraagstukken.
  • Ondersteunen van certificeringstrajecten zoals EN 1090, ISO 3834, PED en andere toepasselijke normen.
  • Beoordelen van laswerk, kwaliteitsdossiers en inspectieresultaten.
  • Ondersteunen van herstellingsprojecten en projectopvolging.
  • Actief bijdragen aan innovatie en verbetering van las- en inspectieprocessen.
  • Certificering als IWE, EWE, IWT, IWS of gelijkwaardig.
  • Ervaring met lassen binnen de industrie of met lastechnische dossiers en kwaliteitsdocumentatie.
  • Kennis van WPS, PQR, WPQ, inspectieplannen en lascoördinatie.
  • Minimaal PT Level II en/of MT Level II.
  • Certificeringen zoals VT Level II, UT Level II, RT Level II of ISO 9712 zijn een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Kennis van EN 1090, ISO 3834, PED, ASME, ISO of vergelijkbare normen.
  • Ervaring met inspectie, kwaliteitscontrole en rapportering.
  • Bereidheid om klanten regelmatig on site te ondersteunen.
