Binnen deze functie ligt de focus op het efficiënt laten verlopen van een geautomatiseerd lasproces.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Bedienen en opvolgen van een lasrobot om een stabiele en continue productie te garanderen;
  • Inzicht in halfautomaatlassen om robotwerking, parameters en lastechniek correct te interpreteren;
  • Handmatig oplassen en nabehandelen van werkstukken na robotlassen waar nodig;
  • Samenwerking met offline programmering voor het bijsturen en optimaliseren van lasprogramma’s;
  • Bijdragen aan verbeteringen in instellingen, cyclustijden en algemene proceskwaliteit;
  • Volgen van interne opleidingen ter verdieping van technische kennis en praktische vaardigheden;
  • Signaleren, analyseren en verhelpen van storingen met aansluitende kwaliteitscontroles;
  • Gebruikmaken van interne expertise en technische ondersteuning binnen de organisatie.

Wat maakt van jou de ideale kandidaat?

  • Technische achtergrond aangevuld met relevante praktijkervaring in halfautomaatlassen, waardoor lasprocessen en materialen vlot begrepen worden;
  • Sterke leergierigheid en bereidheid om nieuwe technieken aan te leren en vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen binnen robotlassen;
  • Grote interesse in automatisatie en moderne productietechnieken, met motivatie om hierin op lange termijn te groeien;
  • Nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkmethode, met oog voor detail en kwaliteit in elke stap van het proces;
  • Vermogen om zowel zelfstandig taken op te nemen als vlot samen te werken in teamverband;
  • Proactieve houding waarbij actief wordt meegedacht over optimalisaties en verbeteringen;
  • Flexibiliteit om nieuwe werkwijzen, processen en technologieën snel eigen te maken;
  • Betrokken ingesteldheid met aandacht voor veiligheid, efficiëntie en continue verbetering;
