- Emmeloord - 40 uur - 3100-3900 per maand - MBO Van instelling tot perfecte las. Jij houdt de controle. Als Lasrobot Operator in Emmeloord werk je dagelijks met moderne lasrobots aan hoogwaardige gelaste onderdelen en samenstellingen. Instellen, bedienen, controleren en waar nodig bijsturen: jij zorgt ervoor dat het lasproces goed verloopt en iedere las aan de juiste kwaliteitseisen voldoet. Je werkt binnen een modern technisch productiebedrijf waar robotlassen, vakmanschap en kwaliteit samenkomen. Een zelfstandige functie waarin je verantwoordelijkheid krijgt voor het lasproces en volop ruimte hebt om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen het vak. Wat ga je doen? Als Lasrobot Operator zorg je ervoor dat het geautomatiseerde lasproces soepel verloopt. Aan de hand van technische tekeningen stel en bedien je de lasrobots, bewaak je het proces en controleer je of de gelaste onderdelen aan de juiste specificaties voldoen. Concreet ga je aan de slag met: - Lasrobots instellen en bedienen; - Technische tekeningen lezen en interpreteren; - Het las- en productieproces bewaken en waar nodig bijsturen; - Laswerk controleren op kwaliteit en maatvoering; - Kleine storingen signaleren en oplossen; - Gelaste onderdelen en samenstellingen controleren volgens de gestelde specificaties. Wat verwachten we van jou? Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die technisch inzicht combineert met nauwkeurig werken. Het instellen van de lasrobot, bewaken van het proces en controleren van het laswerk vraagt om aandacht voor techniek én kwaliteit. Wat we belangrijk vinden: - Interesse in robotlassen en lastechniek; - Technische tekeningen kunnen lezen en begrijpen; - Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht werken; - Zelfstandig het productieproces kunnen bewaken; - Kleine technische storingen herkennen en waar mogelijk oplossen; - Goed kunnen samenwerken met collega's in de productie.
