The posting

Voor onze klant zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren lasser die een toevoeging kan zijn aan ons fabricage team. Samen met een aantal collega`s werk je dagelijks aan de basis voor onze producten die verderop in het proces geassembleerd worden. We werken voornamelijk met dun RVS plaatwerk van 1-3 mm en zorg je er voor dat:

- Het lassen en samenstellen van nieuwe componenten; - Je bediend onder andere onze OTC lasrobot en CNC stiftlasmachine; - Handmatige bewerkingen als samenstellen, lassen en het afwerken goed en netjes gebeurd; - Je de technische tekeningen goed leest; - Nadenkt over verbetering van product en proces; - Je nacontrole van product doet.

Dit is dus een zeer afwisselende functie tussen handmatig bezig zijn als zowel machinaal alles in te stellen en controleren en eventueel af te werken wanneer het klaar is. Iemand die juist de combinatie hierin zoekt past er goed bij. De werktijden zijn in een 2 ploegendienst waarin je op vrijdag altijd eerder klaar bent. De ochtenddienst is dus vroeg klaar en in de avonddienst werk je op de vrijdag maar tot 20.00 uur. Vroeg weekend op de vrijdag (voor een 2 ploegen dan). Daarnaast is ontwikkeling en scholing zeker mogelijk met het oog op de toekomst.

Voor deze functie zoeken wij iemand die voldoet aan het volgende profiel:

- Je bent op zoek naar een vaste, fulltime baan; - Ervaring met MIG/MAG en TIG op minimaal niveau 2; - Je hebt handigheid met machines en wil graag een combinatie tussen handwerk en machinaal werk; - Je bent energiek en flexibel en hebt een positieve mentaliteit; - Je hebt geen problemen met werken in een 2 ploegensysteem; - Woonachtig in de regio Bergen op Zoom / Roosendaal / Breda / Etten-Leur / Dordrecht.
