Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een halfautomaat lasser die fier is op zijn vakmanschap? Werk je graag aan stevige metalen constructies en lever je kwaliteit af tot in de details? Dan krijg hier de kans om te werken binnen een modern productiebedrijf in Balen waar vakkennis, veiligheid en teamwork centraal staan.

Je komt terecht in een stabiele werkomgeving met goed uitgeruste infrastructuur, vaste daguren en ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen. Zowel ervaren lassers als gemotiveerde schoolverlaters met de juiste technische basis zijn welkom.

Wat ga je doen?

Als halfautomaat lasser ben je verantwoordelijk voor het samenstellen en aflassen van metalen constructies.

Jouw taken:

  • Controleren van aangeleverde onderdelen en materialen.
  • Op maat brengen van staalprofielen.
  • Samenstellen van constructies volgens technische plannen.
  • Lassen van profielen en onderdelen met halfautomaatlassen (MIG/MAG - proces 135/138).
  • Monteren van componenten en constructieonderdelen.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op je eigen werk.
  • Zorgen voor een veilige en nette werkplek.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een constructielasser / halfautomaat lasser met oog voor kwaliteit.

Jij herkent jezelf in onderstaande punten:

  • Je hebt ervaring met halfautomaatlassen (MIG/MAG).
  • Je beschikt over een lascertificaat volgens ISO 9606 met lasproces 135 en/of 138.
  • Je kan technische plannen lezen en constructies zelfstandig samenstellen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk.
  • Je beheerst technische basisvaardigheden zoals meten, slijpen en snijden.
  • Je kan werken met een rolbrug en heftruck.
  • Kennis van gelaste constructies en EN1090-normen is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met TIG-lassen alleen is minder relevant voor deze functie.

Goed om te weten:

  • Nederlands is geen vereiste.
  • Engels is voldoende om vlot te kunnen communiceren binnen de productieomgeving.
