De eerste zes maanden werk je in de werkplaats in Heerenveen, waar je onder begeleiding van een ervaren vakman alle vaardigheden leert die je nodig hebt als lasser. Daarna ga je op pad met een ervaren monteur en werk je aan complexe RVS-installaties bij grote bedrijven in Noord-Nederland. Het doel is om jou op te leiden tot een vakman die binnen dit bedrijf kan doorgroeien! Wij bieden: - Een interessante baan voor 4 of 5 dagen per week; - Salaris volgens de CAO, met een bruto startbedrag van €2.200 voor 21-jarigen; - Wij vergoeden jouw opleidingskosten; - Pensioenregeling via Bureau Techniek; - Leren in de praktijk door te doen; - Betrokken zijn bij indrukwekkende projecten waar je trots op kunt zijn! Wij vragen: - Je volgt momenteel een mbo-opleiding in de techniek of bent bereid om alles in de praktijk te leren; - Je bent gemotiveerd, leergierig en klaar om de handen uit de mouwen te steken! Over het bedrijf: Dit bedrijf is ruim 30 jaar specialist in het ontwerpen, fabriceren en installeren van roestvrijstalen uitrusting. Klanten bevinden zich voornamelijk in de voedingsmiddelen-, chemische en farmaceutische sector.
