Bij Hofman Staal Design zoeken we niet zomaar iemand die kan lassen.

We zoeken een vakman.

Iemand met technisch inzicht, gezond verstand en vooral goesting om samen met ons mooie dingen te maken.

Je hebt een diploma Technisch Secundair Onderwijs of je hebt door minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring minstens evenveel geleerd op de werkvloer.

Je beschikt over een sterk technisch inzicht en hebt een ruime kennis van MIG-lassen. Ervaring met TIG-lassen is absoluut een pluspunt.

Verder ben je iemand die:

• nauwkeurig en zelfstandig kan werken

• efficiënt functioneert binnen een team

• flexibel en leergierig is

• meedenkt wanneer een constructie of detail om een praktische oplossing vraagt

• verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen voor zijn werk

• beschikt over een rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer

Kort gezegd: iemand die niet alleen uitvoert, maar ook kijkt, denkt en mee bouwt.

Geen gigantisch bedrijf.
