Elke opdracht is anders Max vertelt: "De pijpen die de pijpfitter in elkaar zet, las ik af. Deze pijpen komen uiteindelijk bij onze klanten in de industrie terecht. Ik werk met verschillende materialen, zoals RVS en staal. Elke opdracht is anders, dat maakt het afwisselend en uitdagend. Als pijplasser werk ik deels in onze moderne werkplaats en vaak buiten op locatie. Ik werk met collega's die van hun werk houden en respect hebben voor elkaar. Net als ik willen ze kwaliteit leveren en letten ze goed op de veiligheid. Ik ben onderdeel van een team met pijpfitters en montagewerkers. We stemmen het werk onderling af en er heerst een gezellige sfeer. We lachen veel met elkaar, maar er zijn natuurlijk ook serieuze momenten.
