Zo ziet je job er uit

Als lasser / monteur bij HiSERV werk je dagelijks aan het lassen, monteren en herstellen van niet-gemotoriseerd grondafhandelingsmaterieel (GSE).

  • Je voert laswerken uit met MIG, TIG en elektrode op metaalconstructies van GSE-uitrustingen.
  • Je herstelt scheuren, verstevigt constructies en maakt metalen onderdelen op maat.
  • Je monteert en assembleert mechanische componenten, zoals sloten, vergrendelingssystemen en andere mechanische onderdelen.
  • Je installeert hydraulische en pneumatische systemen en stelt die correct af.
  • Je leest en interpreteert technische tekeningen en constructieplannen om herstellingen en constructiewerk nauwkeurig uit te voeren.
  • Je voert inspecties, preventief onderhoud en kwaliteitscontroles uit op gelaste constructies en mechanische onderdelen.
  • Je gebruikt en onderhoudt lasapparatuur, gereedschappen en werkplaatsmateriaal, registreert uitgevoerde werken en materiaalverbruik, en stemt af met collega’s van de mechanische, elektrische en werkplaatsafdelingen.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de functie van lasser / monteur heb je technische ervaring en praktische kennis van las- en montagewerk.

  • Je hebt ervaring als lasser en monteur, bij voorkeur binnen de luchtvaart-, automotive- of zware industriële sector.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van verschillende lastechnieken, zoals MIG, TIG en elektrode lassen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met metaalbewerking, constructiewerk en montage, en inzicht in materiaalsoorten en hun gedrag tijdens las- en herstelwerkzaamheden.
  • Je kunt technische plannen en tekeningen vlot lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels, beschikt over een rijbewijs B en bent bereid een luchthavenveiligheidsbadge en luchthavenrijbewijs te behalen. Een heftruckattest is een pluspunt.
