Organisatie Wij zijn een gevestigde naam binnen de metaaltechniek en sinds 1997 actief vanuit Zwaag. Met een team van ruim 40 vakmensen werken we dagelijks aan hoogwaardige constructies en maatwerkoplossingen voor zowel industriële als particuliere opdrachtgevers. Onze kracht ligt in lassen, constructiewerk en het produceren van kwalitatieve metalen onderdelen. Binnen onze organisatie staat jouw ontwikkeling centraal. Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om praktijkgerichte opleidingen te volgen, certificaten te behalen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen via trainingen en begeleiding op de werkvloer. Naast hard werken is er ook ruimte voor ontspanning en teamgevoel. Denk aan vrijdagmiddagborrels, bedrijfsfeesten en gezamenlijke uitjes. Zo zorgen we ervoor dat jij je niet alleen technisch, maar ook binnen het team volledig op je plek voelt. Functie Als Lasser krijg je bij ons alle ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen het vak. Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als samen met collega's aan uiteenlopende projecten. Daarbij staan kwaliteit, precisie en veiligheid altijd centraal - en geen werkdag is hetzelfde.
