Jij levert graag kwaliteit en bent bereid om te leren! Jij zorgt er mede voor dat de afdeling optimaal functioneert! Dit ga je doen! Als Lasser op de Lasafdeling incl. voormontage, ben jij mede verantwoordelijk voor het optimale verloop van de laswerkzaamheden op de afdeling door een effectieve verwerking van diverse te lassen machines. Vanaf tekening en in de juiste lasvolgorde stel je de machines samen en controleer je na afloop je gelaste werk. Jij staat samen met je collega's, aan het begin van het maken van PERFECT maaimachines. Doordat jij jouw werk met kwaliteit aflevert, kan de volgende afdeling vlekkeloos door met het spuiten. De werkzaamheden op de afdeling bevatten het grovere samenstelwerk en lassen volgens het MIG/MAG proces op niveau 3. Je komt te werken in een afdeling van ongeveer 15 lassers en legt verantwoording af aan de teamleider van de lasafdeling. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een goede kwaliteit van het afgeleverde laswerk waardoor te monteren onderdelen op de eindmontage altijd passen.
