Lasser-constructeur | Bouw mee aan machines op maat

Een lasnaad waar je met recht nog eens naar omkijkt. Een constructie die perfect uitkomt zoals je ze op je plan voor je zag. Als lasser-constructeur krijg je bij onze klant de ruimte om je vak echt uit te oefenen. Je werkt mee aan machines die niet zomaar van een band rollen, maar specifiek worden gebouwd voor industriële toepassingen. Kortom: een job voor iemand die graag weet wat hij gemaakt heeft wanneer hij ’s avonds naar huis gaat.

Wat ga je doen? Je werkt in het atelier aan constructies die stap voor stap vorm krijgen. Je leest het plan, verzamelt de juiste onderdelen en bouwt de constructie zelf op. Daarna zorg je voor een stevige en verzorgde lasverbinding.

  • Lassen met TIG en MIG/MAG
  • Halfautomaat lassen volgens plan
  • Monteren en samenstellen van metalen constructies
  • Technische tekeningen en 3D-tekeningen lezen
  • Een constructie van begin tot einde afwerken
  • Zelf je werk controleren en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Werken volgens de afgesproken kwaliteitsnormen
  • Veilig en nauwkeurig omgaan met materiaal en machines

Waar ga je werken? Onze klant is een technische onderneming die machines en complete oplossingen bouwt voor productielijnen in de aardappel-, groente- en fruitsector. Dankzij de combinatie van eigen engineering en constructie worden projecten van idee tot realisatie opgevolgd. Het resultaat? Machines op maat, met aandacht voor montagegemak, veiligheid en een slimme werking.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar techniek niet stopt bij één onderdeel. Van transport en opslag tot wassen, snijden, verwerken en verpakken: de machines worden ingezet in verschillende stappen van het productieproces.

  • Een goede basis in TIG en MIG/MAG lassen
  • Ervaring met constructielassen, lascertificaten zijn mooi meegenomen
  • Technische plannen kunnen lezen
  • Goed mechanisch inzicht
  • Nederlands spreken is een sterke troef, maar geen absolute vereiste
