Bij Soci-Com IJmond zoeken we een ervaren vakman of vakvrouw die niet alleen goed is in het metaalvak, maar ook helpt om het werk op de vloer goed te laten verlopen. In onze metaalwerkplaats werken we aan uiteenlopende constructies en producten voor verschillende opdrachtgevers. Daarbij combineren we professioneel vakmanschap met het ontwikkelen en begeleiden van mensen. Je werkt zelf actief mee, ondersteunt collega's in hun ontwikkeling en houdt tegelijkertijd oog voor kwaliteit, voortgang en levertijden. Wat ga je doen? - Zelfstandig lassen, hoofdzakelijk MIG/MAG, naast een beetje TIG en BMBE. - Samenstellen en vervaardigen van metalen constructies. - Lezen en werken vanaf technische tekeningen. - Uitvoeren van metaalbewerkingen zoals zagen, boren, slijpen en afwerken. - Begeleiden en praktisch opleiden van collega's in de metaaltechniek. - Overbrengen van vakkennis, werkmethoden en veilig werken. - Bewaken van maatvoering, kwaliteit en afwerking. - Bewaken van voortgang en afgesproken levertijden. - Tijdig signaleren van afwijkingen en hierover afstemmen met de leidinggevende. - Meedenken over werkmethoden, planning en verbeteringen op de werkvloer. - Bijdragen aan een veilige, nette en goed georganiseerde werkplaats.
