Onze klant is een innovatieve en sterk groeiende kmo gespecialiseerd in industriële hijs- en automatiseringsoplossingen. Dankzij hun technische expertise, doorgedreven opleidingen en focus op innovatie bouwen ze dagelijks aan kwalitatieve totaaloplossingen voor klanten. Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar samenwerking, kennisdeling en persoonlijke groei centraal staan, met veel ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Voor een bedrijf in Roeselare gaat Let's Work op zoek naar een lasser/samensteller.

Vanuit mechanische plannen bouw je in het atelier mee aan staalconstructies voor rolbruggen. Je stelt onderdelen samen, last de constructies af en zorgt voor een correcte maatvoering en kwalitatieve afwerking. Omdat elke rolbrug maatwerk is, blijft je job technisch gevarieerd. Je komt terecht in een ervaren team waar je de nodige begeleiding krijgt en werkt met degelijk materiaal. Daarbovenop krijg je een correct loon volgens je kennis en ervaring, ruimte om bij te leren en een aangename werksfeer met onder andere teambuildings en activiteiten.

Wat zijn jouw taken als lasser?

  • Mechanische plannen en lassymbolen lees je en vertaal je naar een correcte uitvoering
  • Onderdelen verzamel je en stel je samen tot een kwalitatieve staalconstructie
  • Met een halfautomaat las je de constructies af
  • Voor de nodige metaalbewerkingen zorg je onder andere door te zagen, boren, draadtappen en slijpen
  • De maatvoering en kwaliteit van je eigen werk controleer je nauwkeurig
  • Onderdelen verplaats je veilig met hulpmiddelen zoals een rolbrug. Sporadisch kan je ook meegaan voor montage bij klanten
  • Een technische opleiding of relevante ervaring binnen lassen en metaalbewerking geeft je een goede basis
  • Mechanische plannen lezen en begrijpen lukt je
  • Ervaring met halfautomaatlassen is mooi meegenomen, of je hebt zin om hierin verder te groeien
  • Nauwkeurig werken vind je belangrijk en een verzorgde afwerking lever je graag af
  • Veiligheid staat centraal in je manier van werken; ervaring met rolbruggen of hijstoestellen is een pluspunt
