Als lasser ben je verantwoordelijk voor het samenstellen van onderdelen tot een volledig product of constructie. Dit doe je aan de hand van technische tekeningen of plannen die je ontvangt, en de stukken die hiervoor worden aangeleverd. Je zorgt ervoor dat de onderdelen nauwkeurig en volgens de specificaties worden gelast, zodat het eindproduct aan alle kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen voldoet. Hierbij maak je gebruik van verschillende lastechnieken, afhankelijk van het project of het materiaal waarmee je werkt. Het zelfstandig instellen en optimaal gebruiken van je werkmateriaal is essentieel om efficiënt en kwalitatief hoogstaand werk af te leveren.

Taken:

  • Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen en productietekeningen.
  • Voorbereiden en controleren van de te lassen onderdelen.
  • Zelfstandig instellen van de lasapparatuur en overige benodigde gereedschappen.
  • Uitvoeren van laswerkzaamheden met precisie en oog voor detail.
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit van het laswerk en bijsturen indien nodig.
  • Zorgen voor een nette en veilige werkomgeving.

Profiel:

  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van en ervaring met het lezen van productietekeningen en technische plannen.
  • Je beschikt over een goed ruimtelijk inzicht, wat je helpt om complexe structuren te begrijpen en correct uit te voeren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en levert steeds verzorgd werk af.
  • Je bent in staat om je lasmateriaal en andere gereedschappen zelfstandig af te stellen, zodat je efficiënt te werk kunt gaan.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en zelfstandig, met oog voor planning en deadlines.
  • Je hebt oog voor veiligheid en volgt de vereiste procedures nauwkeurig op.
