Je komt terecht in een technisch bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in de bouw van hoogwaardige inox machines op maat. Van ontwerp en productie tot montage, installatie en onderhoud: het volledige proces gebeurt in eigen beheer. Daardoor zie je als medewerker rechtstreeks het resultaat van jouw werk. De projecten zijn gevarieerd en vragen technisch inzicht, nauwkeurigheid en samenwerking. Tegelijk krijg je de ruimte om je eigen expertise verder uit te bouwen. Er wordt geïnvesteerd in opleidingen, moderne technieken en medewerkers die initiatief willen nemen. Je werkt samen met collega's die hun vak kennen en elkaar vooruithelpen. Wie ambitie heeft om technisch sterker te worden en graag betrokken is bij het volledige bouwproces van een machine, krijgt hier de ruimte om daarin te groeien.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je werkt ongeveer 70% van je tijd op verplaatsing en 30% in het atelier en je installeert samen met je collega's inox machines bij klanten in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen
  • Je voert TIG-laswerken en montagewerken uit op locatie en je stelt in het atelier inox onderdelen samen op basis van technische plannen
  • Je helpt mee bij de mechanische opbouw van volledige machines en je bouwt en test installaties samen met je collega's voordat ze naar de klant vertrekken.
  • Je denkt actief mee over technische verbeteringen en krijgt de vrijheid om jouw ideeën te delen en je werkt uitsluitend in daguren en hoeft niet te overnachten op verplaatsing
  • Je verplaatsingen naar de werf worden volledig als arbeidstijd beschouwd
  • Je hebt ervaring met TIG-lassen en je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor een kwalitatieve afwerking
  • Je leest technische plannen of bent bereid dit verder te ontwikkelen en je houdt van afwisseling tussen atelierwerk en montage op verplaatsing
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook sterk binnen een team en je neemt initiatief en denkt graag mee over technische oplossingen
