The posting

Voor een technisch productiebedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een lasser (halfautomaat) die wil meewerken aan de productie van hoogwaardige metalen constructies. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het lassen van zowel structurele als zichtbare onderdelen, waarbij kwaliteit en afwerking centraal staan.

Je werkt op basis van technische tekeningen en lasinstructies en stelt zelfstandig je lasapparatuur correct in. Je kiest de juiste parameters en controleert je eigen werk nauwkeurig op maatvoering, hechting en visuele kwaliteit. Afwijkingen merk je tijdig op en koppel je terug zodat de kwaliteit steeds gewaarborgd blijft.

Je werkt voornamelijk met halfautomaatlassen (MIG/MAG) en hebt ervaring met het lassen van dunne platen. Daarnaast krijg je de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen het bedrijf, bijvoorbeeld via een interne opleiding tot operator van CNC-plooibanken. Dit zorgt voor extra variatie en groeimogelijkheden binnen je functie.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een kandidaat met een technische achtergrond en een sterke focus op kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid. Je voelt je thuis in een productieomgeving en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.

  • Ervaring als lasser binnen een productie- of constructieomgeving
  • Goede kennis van halfautomaatlassen (MIG/MAG)
  • Technische plannen kunnen lezen en interpreteren
  • Inzicht in materiaalgedrag (staal, RVS, verzinkte plaat)
  • Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust werken, zowel structureel als visueel
  • Problemen of afwijkingen tijdig signaleren
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken én functioneren binnen een team
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands (veiligheid en communicatie)
  • Bereidheid om bij te leren en door te groeien richting machinebediening
