The posting

Ervaring met halfautomatisch lassen en sterk in planlezen? Als Lasser bouw je metalen constructies en onderdelen voor gespecialiseerde landbouwmachines. Je vertrekt vanuit technische tekeningen, stelt constructies zelfstandig samen en zorgt ervoor dat het laswerk technisch én visueel klopt.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt in het atelier van een gevestigde Belgische machinebouwer. Geen los seriewerk zonder context: de onderdelen die jij samenstelt en last, worden verder opgebouwd tot complete machines.

• Je leest en interpreteert technische tekeningen en schema's

• Je stelt verschillende onderdelen samen tot een volledige constructie

• Je voert halfautomatisch laswerk uit

• Je lijnt constructies correct uit en richt ze waar nodig

• Je gebruikt onder andere opwarm en afkoeltechnieken om constructies correct uit te rechten

• Je controleert je eigen laswerk en werkt stukken netjes af

• Je bewaakt kwaliteit en veiligheid tijdens het werk

• Je overlegt met collega's in het atelier om de productie vlot te laten verlopen

• Je denkt mee wanneer een werkwijze praktisch beter of efficiënter kan

Je krijgt hier dus meer verantwoordelijkheid dan enkel lassen. Je moet een technische tekening kunnen lezen en van daaruit zelfstandig een correcte constructie opbouwen.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring met halfautomatisch lassen

• Je kunt zelfstandig een constructie samenstellen vanaf een technische tekening

• Je hebt ervaring met het uitlijnen en uitrechten van constructies

• Je kent technieken waarbij constructies door gecontroleerd opwarmen en afkoelen worden gecorrigeerd

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en controleert de kwaliteit van je eigen laswerk

• Je kunt werkinstructies en technische afspraken in het Nederlands vlot begrijpen en bespreken
