Voor een familiaal productiebedrijf in de regio Diksmuide zoeken we een lasser halfautomaat met technisch inzicht. Deze onderneming is al meer dan 75 jaar actief in mechanische constructies voor landbouw, industrie en transport en staat bekend om haar maatwerk en klantgerichte aanpak.

Je werkt samen met een team van 50 collega’s aan unieke projecten, geen seriewerk. Elk stuk wordt gebouwd volgens plan en afgestemd op de klant. De werksfeer is mensgericht en rechttoe rechtaan, met korte lijnen en een aanpak waar jouw vakkennis écht telt!

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij last complete machines samen aan de hand van een technisch plan
  • Je leest plannen zelfstandig en past de juiste lastechnieken toe waar nodig
  • Je werkt samen met collega’s in het atelier en ondersteunt elkaar tijdens het lassen
  • Door de variatie in stukken en modellen doe je nooit seriewerk
  • Je houdt van een fysieke uitdaging en werkt graag aan afgewerkte constructies
  • Collega’s kunnen altijd op jou rekenen voor een nauwkeurige afwerking
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in halfautomaat lassen
  • Planlezen doe je vlot en zonder ondersteuning
  • Fysiek werk en teamwerk zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend
  • Vlotte Nederlandse kennis omwille van veiligheid & communicatie
