Wil je meer uit je technische job halen dan enkel lassen? Dan kan dit een mooie volgende stap zijn. Je combineert hier halfautomaatlassen met het bedienen van een lasrobot. Je werkt aan onderdelen van silo's die wereldwijd worden ingezet en krijgt de kans om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen. Ervaring is belangrijk, maar minstens even belangrijk is dat je vooruit wil, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en op lange termijn wil groeien.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd:

  • Silo-onderdelen samenstellen volgens werktekeningen en werkinstructies
  • Onderdelen halfautomaatlassen
  • De lasrobot bedienen volgens de werk- en veiligheidsinstructies
  • Controles uitvoeren op de robotinstallatie
  • De kwaliteit van de gelaste onderdelen controleren
  • Waar nodig instellingen of correcties uitvoeren
  • Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften
  • Je werkplek ordelijk en aangenaam houden
  • Samenwerken met collega's en bijspringen waar nodig
  • Je hebt dus niet alleen invloed op het laswerk zelf, maar ook op het volledige proces rond de lasrobot.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een internationale productieomgeving met een duidelijke ambitie: kwalitatieve silo's bouwen en klanten wereldwijd een betrouwbare service bieden. Achter die realisaties staat een team dat met enthousiasme, flexibiliteit en vakkennis samenwerkt. Nieuwe medewerkers krijgen een degelijke interne opleiding en kunnen zich verder ontwikkelen binnen de organisatie. Je start met je ervaring, maar je hoeft daar niet te eindigen. We zoeken iemand die graag met zijn handen werkt, maar ook verder wil kijken dan vandaag.

  • Ervaring als halfautomaatlasser
  • Je kan technische plannen lezen
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken én functioneert goed in team
  • Ervaring met lasrobots is een plus
  • Je hebt ervaring met een rolbrug
  • Een heftruckattest is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste
  • Je bent bereid om in 2 of 3 ploegen te werken
