The posting

Als Lasser met kennis van onderhoudstechnieken sta je in voor diverse laswerken en ondersteun je onderhoudsinterventies bij klanten. Je werkt aan mechanische installaties, voert herstellingen uit en draagt bij aan een betrouwbare werking van machines en productielijnen.

Laswerken en constructieve aanpassingen

  • Uitvoeren van laswerken aan staal- en inoxconstructies.
  • Lassen volgens TIG- en MIG/MAG-procedés.
  • Herstellen van beschadigde installaties en machineonderdelen.
  • Uitvoeren van constructieve aanpassingen volgens technische plannen of instructies.
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit van uitgevoerde laswerken.

Onderhoud en herstellingen

  • Uitvoeren van mechanisch onderhoud aan industriële machines en installaties.
  • Vervangen en herstellen van mechanische onderdelen zoals lagers, assen, pompen en aandrijvingen.
  • Ondersteunen bij preventief en curatief onderhoud.
  • Mee helpen oplossen van technische storingen en defecten.
  • Signaliseren van mogelijke verbeteringen aan installaties.

Werken op locatie

  • Verplaatsingen naar verschillende klanten voor onderhouds- en herstellingsopdrachten.
  • Samenwerken met onderhoudstechniekers en projectverantwoordelijken.
  • Correct communiceren met klanten tijdens interventies.
  • Flexibel inspelen op dringende technische situaties of onverwachte storingen.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring als lasser van staal en inox.
  • Je beheerst de lasprocessen TIG en MIG/MAG.
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding in mechanica, elektromechanica of onderhoudstechnieken, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring met mechanisch onderhoud is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en werkt graag op locatie bij klanten.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt initiatief.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en denkt mee met de klant.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit en klantgerichtheid staan voor jou centraal.
