Als Lasser heb je een belangrijke rol in het productieproces door hoogwaardige constructies en onderdelen te maken en samen te stellen. In jouw werk zorg je voor het precies uitvoeren van laswerkzaamheden volgens technische tekeningen en specificaties, vooral met behulp van MIG/MAG-technieken. Binnen een klein en hecht team werk je samen aan innovatieve producten, waarbij korte communicatielijnen en een collegiale sfeer centraal staan. Je combineert zelfstandig werken met een bijdrage aan de kwaliteit en vernieuwing van onze producten. Jouw vakkennis en nauwkeurigheid maken het verschil in het uiteindelijke eindproduct, waarin samenwerking en vakmanschap onmisbaar zijn. Functie-eisen Wil jij jouw expertise inzetten én verder ontwikkelen binnen een professionele, warme omgeving? Voor deze functie zoeken we een gedreven professional met: - Een technische achtergrond, bijvoorbeeld in metaalbewerking of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied. - 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring met lassen, bij voorkeur MIG/MAG en pijplassen. - Het vermogen om technische tekeningen te lezen en toe te passen. - Een zelfstandige werkhouding, aangevuld met sterke samenwerking en initiatief. - Een nauwkeurige manier van werken, waarbij kwaliteit en oog voor detail voor jou voorop staan.
