In deze functie combineer je gecertificeerd laswerk met montage‑ en bewerkingstaken. Je werkt aan speciale deuren en panelen die bestand zijn tegen extreme omstandigheden zoals hitte, druk en explosiebelasting. Het werk is afwisselend, technisch en biedt duidelijke doorgroeimogelijkheden richting het aansturen van andere lassers. Functieomschrijving Als technisch medewerker met lascertificaat werk je mee aan de productie van robuuste, veiligheidskritische panelen en deuren voor offshore toepassingen. Je voert MIG/MAG‑laswerk uit volgens certificering, monteert onderdelen, voert technische bewerkingen uit zoals boren, slijpen en afwerken, en controleert de maatvoering en afwerking volgens strenge normen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's in een nuchter en collegiaal team en groeit door naar een rol waarin je collega‑lassers begeleidt en aanstuurt. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: • Basis laswerk : MIG/MAG‑laswerk uitvoeren volgens certificering • Montage : assembleren van deuren, panelen en constructiedelen • Technische bewerkingen : boren, slijpen, afwerken en andere handmatige bewerkingen • Kwaliteit : controleren van maatvoering en afwerking volgens strenge normen • Procesverbetering : meedenken over verbeteringen binnen het productieproces • Aansturen lassers : doorgroeien naar het begeleiden en aansturen van collega‑lassers • Samenwerking : werken in een nuchter, collegiaal team Functie eisen Je beschikt over de juiste certificaten, technische vaardigheden en d...
