Je werkt dagelijks met metaal aan uiteenlopende producten die je overal terugziet, zoals meubels, metalen constructies en onderdelen voor machines en apparatuur. Geen dag is hetzelfde, waardoor je werk afwisselend en uitdagend blijft. Wij zoeken een enthousiaste MIG/MAG lasser die graag zijn of haar vaardigheden verder ontwikkelt en het leuk vindt om op termijn ook met lasrobots te leren werken. Wat ga je doen in de functie van Lasser MIG/MAG? Als lasser metaal werk je aan uiteenlopende klantproducten. Je last verschillende soorten metaal, waaronder RVS, staal en aluminium, met MIG/MAG-apparatuur. Daarnaast bereid je mallen voor en stel je deze in voor verschillende producten. Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en denkt mee over verbeteringen binnen het productieproces. Ook krijg je de mogelijkheid om te leren werken met lasrobots. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar maakt ook deel uit van een team dat samen zorgt voor kwalitatief goed laswerk. - Lassen van diverse klantproducten; - Werken met verschillende metalen zoals RVS, staal en aluminium; - Bedienen en afstellen van lasrobots (wil je dit leren? Dat kan!)); - Voorbereiden en instellen van mallen voor verschillende producten; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en meedenken over verbeteringen. Wat bieden wij jou als lasser metaal?
