Onze klant is een familiale en technisch gespecialiseerde onderneming actief binnen de metaalconstructie, machinebouw en industriële techniek. Vanuit een professionele werkplaats worden machines, installaties en diverse metalen constructies op maat vervaardigd voor klanten uit verschillende industriële sectoren.

De combinatie van maatwerk, technisch vakmanschap en een grote variatie aan projecten zorgt voor een afwisselende en technisch uitdagende werkomgeving. Zowel kwaliteit als een correcte en nauwkeurige afwerking staan hierbij centraal.

Binnen het bedrijf wordt gewerkt met een ervaren en betrokken team, waar samenwerking en technisch inzicht belangrijk zijn. Er is bovendien ruimte om de eigen kennis verder te ontwikkelen en mee te werken aan uiteenlopende projecten.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Samenstellen, lassen en monteren van machineframes en diverse staalconstructies
  • Monteren en opbouwen van uiteenlopende machines en industriële installaties, waaronder sorteerlijnen, transportinstallaties en andere maatwerkconstructies
  • Mechanisch monteren en correct afstellen van diverse technische componenten, zoals motoren, reductoren, lagers en pneumatische en hydraulische onderdelen
  • Uitvoeren van montagewerkzaamheden aan de hand van technische tekeningen en plannen
  • Zorgen voor een nauwkeurige en kwalitatieve afwerking van de gemonteerde machines en constructies
  • Goede kennis van technisch planlezen en een basisinzicht in mechanische montage
  • Ervaring met halfautomaatlassen (MIG/MAG) op verschillende materialen, materiaaldiktes en in diverse lasposities
  • Bereidheid om zich, afhankelijk van het project, sporadisch naar klanten te verplaatsen voor montage-, herstellings- of onderhoudswerken
  • Technisch ingesteld, praktisch aangelegd en in staat om zelfstandig en nauwkeurig te werken
  • Houdt van afwisseling en technisch maatwerk en staat open voor projecten binnen verschillende industriële sectoren
