Jobomschrijving

Als lasser/monteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor volgende taken:

  • TIG-lassen van buizen in roestvast staal, koolstofstaal en diverse legeringen met correcte techniek en instellingen.
  • Assembleren en aflassen van onderdelen, zowel onderling als op dragerconstructies.
  • Afregelen van de laspost vóór aanvang van het werk voor een optimaal resultaat.
  • Zelfstandig het juiste lasmetaal kiezen volgens het type verbinding en materiaal.
  • Uitvoeren van hoeknaad-, plaat- en pijpverbindingen met de juiste techniek.
  • Lassen van uiteenlopende plaatdiktes, van 0,5 mm tot meer dan 20 mm.
  • Toepassen van puntlassen waar vereist, met precisie.
  • Controleren van de conformiteit van het laswerk en de assemblages.
  • Evalueren van fouten en uitvoeren van herstellingen of nabehandelingen.

Wie ben jij als lasser/monteur?

  • In het bezit van een diploma secundair onderwijs (technisch of beroeps), of gelijkwaardig door relevante werkervaring
  • Beschikt over geldige TIG-lascertificaten, of ruime ervaring als TIG-lasser met het vermogen om certificaten te behalen
  • In staat om mechanische plannen te interpreteren; ervaring hiermee is een pluspunt
  • Goede kennis van verschillende materialen en hun specifieke eigenschappen
  • Bereidheid om een VCA Basisveiligheid-attest te behalen binnen drie maanden na indiensttreding
  • Ervaring in het hanteren van handgereedschap en het gebruik van meetapparatuur
  • Sterke teamgeest, klantgerichte houding en flexibele werkmentaliteit
  • Grote aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit in de uitvoering van werkzaamheden
  • Beschikt over eigen vervoer om de werkplaats of werf te bereiken
