Ben jij iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en een echte passie heeft voor metaalconstructies? Dan is deze functie jou op het lijf geschreven.

Voor een gespecialiseerd metaalbedrijf in de regio Gent, actief in het ontwerpen en plaatsen van constructies op maat, zoeken we een lasser-monteur die graag op verplaatsing werkt bij klanten. Geen eentonig atelierwerk dus, maar een afwisselende job met veel verantwoordelijkheid op het terrein. Elke dag ziet er anders uit: de ene keer monteer je een staalconstructie bij een industrieel project, de andere keer werk je mee aan een technisch maatwerkstuk dat precisie vraagt.

Zin in avontuur? Af en toe reizen naar het buitenland behoort tot de mogelijkheden maar enkel als jij dat wilt. Hier krijg je de kans om jouw vakmanschap te tonen, zelfstandig te werken én deel uit te maken van een team dat trots is op wat het maakt.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je monteert en last metaalconstructies op locatie, aan de hand van duidelijke technische tekeningen
  • Laswerken voer je uit met TIG, MIG/MAG of elektrode, afhankelijk van je certificaten of leerbereidheid
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en overlegt met klanten en leidinggevenden op de werf
  • Af en toe spring je bij tijdens bijzondere opdrachten in het weekend, of uitzonderlijk eens ’s nachts
  • Indien je interesse toont, kan je deelnemen aan internationale montageprojecten
  • Je kan enkele jaren werkervaring voorleggen als lasser-monteur en beschikt over de relevante lascertificaten
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk, met een flexibele mindset en een oplossingsgerichte aanpak
  • Sporadisch weekend- of nachtwerk schrikt je niet af
  • Zéér sterke Nederlandse kennis omwille van veiligheid en communicatie
