In de regio Roeselare ligt er een uitstekende kans klaar om als Lasser / monteurs aan de slag te gaan binnen de industriële outsourcing. Dit duurzame traject start via een interimfase die na een positieve evaluatie direct overgaat in een vast contract van onbepaalde duur. Je krijgt de beschikking over een volledig uitgeruste firmawagen inclusief tankkaart voor al je verplaatsingen. Boven op een aantrekkelijk loonpakket geniet je van maaltijdcheques, ecocheques, een eindejaarspremie en maar liefst 12 ADV-dagen per jaar dankzij de 40-urenregeling.

Wat ga je doen?

Als lasser/monteur ben jij de flexibele spilfiguur voor de opbouw, assemblage en herstelling van industriële installaties en metaalconstructies bij diverse klanten in de regio Roeselare. Je analyseert zelfstandig de technische plannen en constructietekeningen, waarna je de onderdelen samenstelt en vakkundig aflast volgens de vereiste lastechniek.

Je takenpakket reikt verder dan het lassen alleen: je staat eveneens in voor de volledige mechanische montage en uitlijning van machine-onderdelen. De opdrachten variëren van de nieuwbouw van complete productielijnen tot preventief onderhoud, aanpassingswerken of dringende interventies bij stilstand. Na de installatie voer je telkens een nauwgezette kwaliteitscontrole uit op de lasverbindingen en mechanische montages. Dankzij jouw geordende servicewagen—voorzien van topkwaliteit gereedschap en alle benodigde PBM's—start je elke werf optimaal voorbereid. Veiligheid, opleverkwaliteit en helder overleg op de site staan in jouw dagelijks werk centraal.

Om deze job goed uit te voeren, heb je een opleiding Mechanica gevolgd of ben je gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je hebt kennis van diverse lastechnieken zoals MIG, TIG, HA en elektrode. Het lezen van technische tekeningen en schema's is voor jou geen probleem. Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en bent flexibel wat betreft werkuren en de regio waar je werkt. Heb je al een VCA-attest? Dan is dat een mooi pluspunt. Je werkt met precisie en bent een persoon die trots is op een perfect gemonteerd onderdeel.
