The posting

Onze klant is een Limburgs metaalconstructiebedrijf dat VCA én EN1090 gecertificeerd is. Ze ontwerpen, fabriceren en monteren diverse industriële metaalconstructies en transportinstallaties.

Voor hun team te versterken zijn ze op zoek naar een ervaren lasser-monteur.

  • Monteren van staalconstructies op industriële locaties volgens technische plannen.
  • Uitvoeren van montage en onderhoud van mechanische transportinstallaties, zoals transportkettingen, assen, wielen, slijtlatten en troggen.
  • Controleren van aandrijvingssystemen, inclusief lagers, koppelingen, dichtingen en transmissiekettingen, en uitvoeren van eventuele reparaties.
  • Lassen van staal (half-automaat en electrode) en roestvast staal, inclusief het toepassen van hardoplas. Plasma- en oxy-snijden vallen ook binnen je takenpakket.
  • Inspecteren en herstellen van slijtage aan transportinstallaties en andere mechanische onderdelen.
  • Werken in teamverband met een ploegbaas en 2 tot 6 collega's bij montageprojecten.
  • Toepassen van veiligheidsvoorschriften tijdens het hijsen en takelen van zware materialen.
  • Communiceren met collega's en klanten in het Nederlands voor een vlotte samenwerking tijdens montage- en onderhoudsopdrachten.
  • U hebt ervaring in het voorbereiden van werkstukken.
  • U kan plan lezen en een constructie samenstellen.
  • U kan half-automaat en electrode lassen, tig-lassen is een pluspunt.
  • U kan na het bekomen van een duidelijke opdracht, zelfstandig werken.
  • De bereidheid is aanwezig om deel te nemen aan montage opdrachten.
  • U bent flexibel in ruimte en tijd en beschikt minstens over een rijbewijs B.
  • U heeft een VCA certificaat of bent bereid dit te halen.
  • Een doorgedreven ervaring is vereist.
