Onze klant ontwerpt en produceert ruim dertig jaar professionele speeltoestellen – voor openbaar gebruik – met een gevarieerde speelwaarde voor kinderen van alle leeftijden, waarbij een kind nog een kind kan zijn. Als metaalbewerker/lasser van speeltoestellen voor de openbare sector werk je in ons atelier in Dendermonde aan de productie van metalen onderdelen. De afgewerkte toestellen worden geleverd aan gemeentes, scholen en andere locaties in binnen- en buitenland. Het is een job waarmee je zonder twijfel een glimlach op veel kindergezichtjes kan toveren!

Je staat in voor het vervaardigen van onderdelen zoals bijvoorbeeld draaimolens en metalen voetbaldoelen. Daarbij maak je gebruik van diverse machines zoals de zaagmachine, pons- en plooimachine en voer je TIG- en halfautomaatlassen uit op ronde buizen (bv. Ø33,7 mm) en platen (3, 4 en 5 mm).

Je volgt het volledige productieproces: van voorbereiding en bewerking tot afwerking en controle. Het gaat steeds om kleine reeksen, dus geen bandwerk. Je krijgt de kans om je vakmanschap verder te ontwikkelen en zelfstandig kwalitatief werk af te leveren.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Ervaring met TIG- en halfautomaatlassen
  • Basiservaring met metaalbewerkingsmachines (plooibank, zaagmachine, ponsen)
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken
  • Je bent enthousiast, leergierig en gemotiveerd om bij te leren
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit
