The posting

Geen seriewerk. Wel stukken herstellen die er écht toe doen.

Je werkt als lasser in een technische omgeving waar machines voor bouw en industrie opnieuw in topvorm worden gebracht. Geen bandwerk dus, maar revisie en herstel van bestaande onderdelen.

Je dag begint in het atelier. Je bekijkt welke stukken binnengekomen zijn en wat er moet gebeuren. Voorbereiden, slijpen, passen en daarna lassen. Je werkt met baguette en halfautomaat, afhankelijk van het type werk.

Je leest plannen en bepaalt zelf hoe je het best te werk gaat. Soms gaat het om herstellingen, soms om aanpassingen of verstevigingen. Je denkt dus mee, niet gewoon uitvoeren.

Het werk is gevarieerd. Geen twee dagen zijn hetzelfde, want elke machine heeft zijn eigen verhaal. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar kan altijd terugvallen op collega’s wanneer nodig.

Kwaliteit is belangrijk. Wat jij last, moet blijven houden. Simpel.

Wat helpt om hier goed te landen:

  • Je kan plannen lezen en zelfstandig werken
  • Ervaring met baguette en halfautomaat lassen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en denkt mee in oplossingen
  • Veilig werken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend
  • Ervaring met kotterwerken is een plus
  • Affiniteit met bouw- of industriële machines is mooi meegenomen
  • Je begrijpt en spreekt vlot Nederlands
