Wat ga je doen? Bij BOZ Group maken we producten in opdracht van klanten. Dit betekent dat elk product anders is en je werk afwisselend blijft. Jij werkt vooral met TIG-lassen. We lassen vooral RVS, maar soms ook aluminium en staal. De platen waarmee je werkt zijn tussen de 0,5 en 3 mm dik. Je krijgt een eigen lasbox in onze werkplaats in Bergen op Zoom. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar hebt ongeveer 30 collega-lassers om je heen. Je kunt hen altijd om hulp vragen! Waar kom je werken? BOZ Group is een familiebedrijf in Bergen op Zoom. We maken metalen onderdelen voor verschillende industrieën. Dit doen we met moderne machines en een persoonlijke aanpak. Hoe werken we? - We snijden metalen platen met onze lasersnijmachines. - Daarna worden de platen gezet/gekant. - Vervolgens lassen we de onderdelen aan elkaar. (Meestal doormiddel van TIG lassen, soms ook MIG/MAG). Naast handlassen gebruiken we ook lasrobots en laserlasrobots. - Daarna worden ze geslepen, gecoat en/of in elkaar gezet. - De logistieke afdeling zorgt dat alles op tijd op de juiste afdeling is. Bij BOZ Group werken 140 mensen. We vinden ontwikkeling belangrijk en bieden daarom opleidingen en trainingen aan. Wil je alvast zien waar je gaat werken?
