The posting

Onze klant bestaat sinds 1972 en is gespecialiseerd in de prefab en montage van piping voor verschillende druktoepassingen (stoom, water, olie, perslucht,...) in staal, inox of speciale legeringen.

Ze zijn een familiebedrijf en willen deze werking en sfeer graag blijven voortzetten. Tot op heden slagen ze hier goed in.

Ondertussen bestaat het team uit ongeveer 70 mensen. In een collegiale sfeer bedienen zij hun klanten en dat zowel ter plaatse als in de werkplaatsen. Hun klanten zijn te vinden in de chemische, petrochemische, energieproducerende, staal- en voedingsmiddelenindustrie.

Ook het uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden tijdens shut-downs behoort tot de werkzaamheden. Daarnaast zijn ze ook constructeurs van warmtewisselaars.

  • Je last componenten in het atelier in Eeklo voor industriële installaties, pijpleidingsystemen en drukapparaten
  • Pijpleidingen/buizen demonteren, samenstellen, testen, afdrukken en plaatsen
  • Op maat plooien van buizen met een buigmachine
  • Monteren en demonteren van flensverbindingen
  • Fitten en hechten van leidingen, draadsnijden, plaatsen van dichtingen
  • Draadverbindingen maken, zowel machinaal als met de hand
  • Dagwerk, waarbij je dag start om 7u30 en eindigt om 16u

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je volgde een opleiding lassen/pijpfitten of hebt hierin enige jaren ervaring
  • ISO-plannen kan jij lezen en interpreteren
  • Je bent niet bang van werk in moeilijke (en hoge) omstandigheden
  • Je bent flexibel in je uurrooster. Eens vroeger vertrekken of later terugkeren is geen probleem voor jou
  • Je bent in het bezit van een VCA-attest, of wil dit zeker behalen
