The posting

Je last geen prutswerk. Punt.

Als lasser werk je aan constructies in inox, staal en aluminium. Je weet wat je doet, en dat zie je ook aan je werk.

Je dag bestaat uit het voorbereiden, samenstellen en lassen van onderdelen. Je werkt voornamelijk met TIG en halfautomaat. Afhankelijk van het project gaat het om stukwerk of kleinere reeksen. Geen bandwerk waar je hersenen op pauze staan, maar werk waar je blijft nadenken.

Je last vooral in het atelier, waar alles voorzien is om kwalitatief te werken. Je krijgt plannen of instructies en werkt die zelfstandig af. Nauwkeurig werken is hier geen optie, maar de standaard.

Af en toe zit er seriewerk tussen, maar ook dan blijft de kwaliteit primeren. Je krijgt de ruimte om je werk correct te doen, zonder opgejaagd gevoel.

Je komt terecht in een technische omgeving waar vakmanschap nog telt en waar men weet wat goed laswerk waard is.

Wat we zoeken:

  • Ervaring met TIG en halfautomaat lassen
  • Kunnen werken met inox, staal en aluminium
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken vanaf plan of instructies
  • Oog voor detail en afwerking
  • Technisch inzicht
  • Rijbewijs B
  • Verantwoordelijkheidszin en trots in je werk

Diploma is minder belangrijk dan wat je effectief kan.
