Over de functie

Binnen het Launch Excellence-team werk je als Project Engineer / Projectregisseur mee aan de uitbouw van innovatieve productie- en kwaliteitsprocessen. Je combineert technische expertise met projectregie en fungeert als drijvende kracht achter innovatieprojecten op de site.

De rol situeert zich op het snijvlak van productie, kwaliteit, engineering en digitalisatie, met een sterke focus op process ownership (PAT), technology scouting en de vertaling van innovatieve ideeën naar concrete, implementeerbare projecten binnen een GMP-omgeving.

Je schakelt dagelijks tussen shopfloor realiteit, laboratoriumactiviteiten en strategische beslissingen binnen multidisciplinaire teams.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Fungeren als process owner voor het PAT-portfolio (o.a. NIR, Raman en alternatieve PAT-technologieën).
  • Opstellen en beheren van de PAT-roadmap, inclusief prioritering, business cases en voortgangsopvolging.
  • Coördineren van projecten rond PAT-implementaties: scope, planning, budget, leveranciers en stakeholdermanagement.
  • Bewaken van de regulatory en compliance roadmap voor PAT-toepassingen en aansturen van bijhorende dossieropbouw.
  • Regisseren van modelontwikkeling, kalibratie en equipment kwalificatie in samenwerking met labo- en engineeringteams.
  • Actief scouten van nieuwe en disruptieve technologieën die productie- en kwaliteitsprocessen kunnen optimaliseren.
  • Opbouwen en beheren van een gestructureerde technology scouting pipeline (marktanalyse, leverancierscontacten, demo’s, POC’s).
  • Uitvoeren van eerste feasibility assessments op basis van shopfloor-ervaring en technische realiteit van de site.
  • Vertalen van externe innovaties naar concrete opportuniteiten en business cases voor de organisatie.
  • Uitwerken en leiden van innovatieprojecten van concept tot implementatie binnen Launch Excellence.
  • Definiëren van projectscope, deliverables, stakeholders en mijlpalen in samenwerking met de Project Lead.
  • Aansturen van projectuitvoering over verschillende disciplines heen (productie, QA, engineering, labo).
  • Faciliteren van besluitvorming en stakeholderalignment op verschillende organisatieniveaus.
  • Verankeren van projectresultaten in SOP’s, work instructions, change controls en risk assessments.
  • Opvolgen van projectvoortgang en rapporteren binnen de relevante governance-structuren.

Profiel

  • Masterdiploma in een technische of wetenschappelijke richting (bio-ingenieur, industrieel ingenieur, farmaceutische wetenschappen, chemie of gelijkwaardig).
  • 2–5 jaar ervaring binnen productie, quality, engineering of projectomgevingen in de farmaceutische of gereguleerde sector.
  • Sterke shopfloor-ervaring met inzicht in realistische implementatie van nieuwe technologieën.
  • Ervaring in projectmanagement of project engineering met ownership over scope, planning en stakeholders.
  • Brede, generalistische mindset met vermogen om snel nieuwe domeinen te begrijpen.
  • Sterke interesse in innovatie, digitalisatie en nieuwe manufacturing technologies.
  • Ervaring met GMP-omgevingen, change control en regulatoire context.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels, zowel op werkvloer als leadershipniveau.
  • Proactief, zelfstandig en in staat om zonder intensieve begeleiding te werken.
  • Analytisch sterk met een pragmatische, resultaatgerichte aanpak.
